- Structuring of the five sector vehicles and of the arrangements that bring Gulf sovereign capital to Angola's priorities.
The United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Angola have agreed a framework for investment in the sectors that will shape Angola's economy over the coming decades. The UAE-Angola Sectoral Funds give that framework its instruments: five funds, one for each of oil and gas, mining, digital infrastructure, agro-industry, and water and energy, each drawing capital from the sovereign and institutional investors of the Gulf, alongside international private investors, for projects chosen with the Angolan authorities.
Carousel Finance Africa designs the programme: the structure and governance of each fund, the arrangements that connect them, and the work with Angolan institutions that brings projects to the point of investment.
